The first version of the app is a bit uncomfortable, don't like the design of the colors.
Goal
In addition to the standard functionality of the app, a solution had to be developed where this app could be customized to fit the company's individual branding. Easy sign-up for end-users (using QR code or SMS), full auto-provisioning afterwards and Demo.

For ease of use, I prioritized important elements such as the dial pad, call button, and contact access. I clearly displayed information and actions during a call, including mute, speakerphone, call hold and keypad access. Uses visually appealing contact cards with the ability to add contacts to favorites and easy editing. Detailed call history with filters for missed, received and dialed calls.
